Fun, food, family, and a whole lot of Easter cheer!
KFAAI families gathered for a joyful Easter celebration filled with laughter, excitement, and community spirit. Starting around 11 AM, kids, parents, and friends came together for a day that blended tradition, play, and plenty of delicious food.
The highlight of the event was our massive Easter egg hunt—over an acre of eggs scattered across the grounds, waiting for eager little hunters to discover them. The kids dashed across the field with baskets in hand, and the smiles said it all. Their excitement grew even more when the Easter Bunny made a special appearance, greeting families and posing for photos.
Of course, no KFAAI gathering is complete without amazing food. Tables were filled with classic Filipino favorites alongside familiar American staples, giving everyone something to enjoy. Between bites, the kids played games, burned off energy, and made new friends, while the adults joined in the fun with their own set of prizes and friendly competition.
Just before 2 PM, a light rain shower rolled in—perfect timing, as the festivities wrapped up naturally with everyone still in high spirits. After the crowd dispersed, the KFAAI Board stayed behind for a brief meeting to keep momentum strong and ensure our upcoming events continue to run smoothly.
It was a day filled with great fun, warm companionship, and the kind of community connection that makes KFAAI special. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this Easter celebration one to remember.
